I had a "semi-emergency" late Friday. Staff treated me well, found a spot on the schedule. When it became apparent that there was a more serious problem the entire staff treated me and my condition seriously - no Friday afternoon let-down. Follow-up has been excellent, to include having a full range on medical professionals available. Vail Valley is truly fortunate to a this full-service eye care.
