Prior to my visit, I had stopped by to say hi and mentioned that my windshield washer wasn’t working properly Bill told Brian to go ahead and order a motor for when I was going to eventually come in. After dropping off my car, I was called that the repair had been done. Great job. Thank you Tuffy’s team.

I've been busy taking care of my wife, she has dementia and parkinson's. My dash
board light came on to check my oil. I knew the oil and other items needed checking, undating, replaced. So I gave my special friends at Tuffy a call, "what do you need", Frank said, "I've been waiting on your call.' He knew exactly why I called and scheduled an appointment. There's nothing like walking into a place where you know everybody and they know you. My friends say, "you need this done now," and I don't argue. Never felt like I've been overcharged, sold something I didn't need or want. I hope you have friends like that! John, Frank, and Brian are waiting for your call to start a new friendship. They actually care about you and making sure they do the best work on your car, and that you are completely satisfied. And they follow-up on their work to make sure everything done continues to meet with your satisfaction.

They were very busy but fit me in. Since it was going to take a while Frank had someone take me home and pick me up when done. Frank and the rest are always very courteous and always try and save me money.
