Experience was good. The guys at the counter were very pleasant and helpful. I will be returning for regular service. My only issue is I was quoted $73 for a full synthetic oil change on the phone, but was charged $107 with a $15 coupon. Please make sure you're qouting the correct prices on the phone.

I just want to share what a seamless and painless experience it has been working with Tuffy's. My transmission went out while I was on vacation, which was very stressful. They took into consideration my time and situation and from the time I brought the vehicle to the shop they were more than accommodating. They got right to work within about a day they had diagnosed my vehicle and were ready to get to work. I had my repairs covered by a warranty company and it was terrible communication on their part, but Julio and Fidel stayed on top of everything and were extremely helpful and communicative if not for them it would have been a very difficult process. They handled everything professionally and got the job done as soon as the parts arrived. I'm very thankful I chose this shop as I am usually very skeptical of mechanics because they can be tricky to deal with, but NOT TUFFY'S! They are excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
