Very slow to test drive. Was not advised that there would be a charge for the inspection.

Thank you for the opportunity of allowing us to serve you in these difficult times. We have change our schedule due to COVID-19. We now open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and closed on Saturdays. Our record shows that you arrived at 7:45am and the work order was signed by you showing the inspection charge. Your vehicle was test driven, inspected, and you where given an estimate at 8:35am Typical wait times for test drives and diagnosis average around 30 minutes to an hour. Sorry we were not able to accommodate you sooner. Our goal is to provide the best service and repair available, I hoper you will give us a second chance to better serve you.

DO NOT COME! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! Avoid this place at all costs! Terrible service! They'll overcharge you, especially if you're a woman. I brought my jeep in for a new battery and they not only damaged the inside of my car but denied responsibility. They only needed to run tests on the batteries, yet there are pictures of one of their employees inside my truck. The manager refused to cover the damage. They offered a fair deal to a man who came in for a battery change, but because I'm a woman, they overcharged me for a battery they bought at AutoZone across the street, asking for $400 for an aux battery! They're careless and will rip you off. Stay away from this place!

Very slay! Was there at 9am and left at 2pm with two new tires and a fixed car. During the time I bought a new vape and walked to a delicious bagel place and watch my favorite man Dylan O’Brien on the tv! Very productive!

It was fast considering it was full that day and they were very helpful, they did an inspection that I didn’t know it was included and was very important for me to know my car was doing great! It was an amazing experience!
