I really enjoyed the party. I can't wait to do it again. Jessica is an excellent instructor. I learned a lot and I think that it's an activity that I would like to do on a regular basis.

We really enjoyed our time at turn me loose fitness. The instructor was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The workout was awesome. The only thing i would have changed is the temperature in the pole workout room. It was a little too warm for my liking.

LOL, thank you so much for taking the time and writing this review. I had to giggle when I read this and I will tell ya why. The rooms are typically below 68 BUT when you get moving it heats up.... lately the classes have been working so hard to prepare for our upcoming showcase. I believe I know which party you were with AND you are more then correct because I walked by the room and was like WOW...I upped the air before I left but I think it was too late. Thank you again, thanks for the giggle. Come back and see us

Staff was very friendly upon arrival, greeted me as I entered and provided some information regarding the Groupon deal I had purchased that brought me to TML. I took the "Twerk It" cardio class with Miyoshi and it was AWESOME! Not what I expected but very challenging and fun! The instructor was awesome and very accommodating to those of us who were new to twerking! I will definitely return! Note: Bring your own water bottle, no water fountains! And wear knee pads if you can!

We do also have water bottles for sale for a $1 in the office, if one doesn't bring a bottle, the fridge is right by the door most just throw the $1 on or in the fridge and grab the water. :-) Thanks again I appreciate you taking your time to let us know how we are doing.

Oh my! I celebrated my 23rd Birthday here with my friends & I had a greatttttt time! It's worth it! The staff is so nice, and our instructor was the best she laughed and had a great time with us. Helped each and everyone made everybody feel so comfortable! I'm going back asap! Thanks TML ❤️

So far I'm really enjoying my experience. I've attended 3 classes and all have been very good.

This was my first class and I loved it. The instructor made me feel comfortable and helped me to find that hidden inner DIVA. I have been talking about it non-stop and cannot wait to sign up for more classes.
