OK, I had a problem with my 2006 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition. The warning light for the AdvanceTrac system was on. Now this wasn't causing any noticeable problem other than staying lit AND an annoying "BEEP" sounded EVERY 10 MINUTES.I took the truck in early on Thursday 3/6/19 (BEFORE 7:30am ) to get the problem diagnosed. After several hours, I was told the truck was fixed. I asked what the cost was and was VERY SURPRISED...it was just a little over $100.00. WOW!!! I was expecting much more. To complete the story, the counter person told me that it had cost THE SHOP several hundred dollars to fix my truck. The had to buy and download a computer program from the internet to fix my problem. I WAS NOT required to absorb this cost!!! To me, this is going above and beyond the call. I'm going back to them when my vehicles need service. I also highly recommend them to ANYONE that needs auto service. Listen, these guys AREN'T the fastest shop in Montgomery, in fact they are slammed EVERY DAY (at least they are EVERY Time that I've been there), but they will find and fix your problems...give them a try...they'll take care of you.
