I appreciated that the staff helped me to get my appointments squeezed in on my tight schedule, however, I had to return to the office multiple times which was inconvenient for me. I was asked to trial different contact lenses then I had worn previously and already knew I liked. My glasses frames came in and were unable to be properly fitted to me. I went home originally with staff knowing that they didn't fit properly. I returned because I was not happy with them and had to order another set of frames.
