Meredith was amazing! So professional and the whole salon had a great vibe about it. Everyone was very professional and looked super experienced with their techniques. Meredith took time to listen to my hair story and background and suggested her suggestions in a non overbearing manner leaving the hair decisions upto me and doing exactly what I wanted without explicitly me telling her. I got highlights done on curly hair and she did a great job along with giving me beautiful blow-dry at the end.

This is the best salon in the DC area in all ways - ambience and decor are chic, the value of the services is extremely competitive for the area, and you can walk in and feel confident with ANY stylist there (extremely rare), color and haircuts are amazing. You will always leave happy! (Loyal customer since 2013)

Very friendly stylist. Listened to what I wanted and got my feedback as she was finishing up. Love the hair wash with massage. The environment is very pretty and relaxing too.

I seriously can't rave enough about Liz. It's like she reads my mind for what I want for my har. I always leave the salon so happy after an appointment with her. (And the compliments I get on my hair don't hurt either!) I'll be moving to the Loundon area in January and you better believe I will still be driving an hour to Arlington to get my hair done at Smitten. I have never loved a salon or stylist so much. It was wonderful!! I was so nervous trying to find a salon in the area, but this was way better than I ever expected. From the moment I entered the salon I was greeted with smiles. Melia did a wonderful job!! I loved how she took the time to talk through with me about my vision for my hair.
