I have been going to Steve for over 20 years and have always been pleased with his friendly manner and great results.
Even though his client base has continued to expand, he is always disciplined and on time.

I have been going to Steve for my haircuts for at least 15 years now. I have extremely curly hair "with a mind of its own", and Steve has worked with it very successfully. He has always been willing to try different hair ideas that I was interested in, and is as accommodating as possible when I call him (as I often do) at the last minute. I get a lot of compliments on my haircuts, and always tell people to go to Steve!

Excellent as always! I have been visiting Steve for years, following him to four different locations. My two sons have used him as well. I have always been delighted by his professionalism, as well as by his personal concern for me and my family. He began as a barber but has become a friend.

I've been going to Steve for several years. I always get a great haircut at a great price. I don't feel like I'm going to get a haircut its more like going to sit in my family room with a friend. As long as he's cutting I'm going. My son also goes to Steve.

Steve does a wonderful cutting my hair and has been for the past 30+ years. Steve is a good personal friend of mine and have always and will always appreciate his friendship. From a business standpoint, there could be some improvements on how he handles customers. I was late for an appointment by 10 minutes but still waited another 10 minutes for my haircut. Upon completion of the haircut he offered to wash my hair which I requested. His other stylist needed help with her client, but rather than taking care of me to complete my appt by washing my hair, he instead helped out the other stylist while I waited another 20 minutes until he washed by hair. That is unacceptable and he should have washed my hair first before helping the stylist. I know this is an isolated situation, but Steve's timing with his customers and coordinating other things going on in the shop need tweaking in order to take care of the customers in a timely fashion and not have them wait. Thanks!

Thank You for the feedback. Although most all of my reviews are positive, there are times when wearing all the hats gets to be to much. I am human and this was one of those times. I apologize for my tardiness and appreciate the heads up. I take all information shared with me to heart and will endeavor to make changes to see that these situations either never happen again or are at best kept to a minimum. Again Thank You for the feedback for I cannot fix what I am unaware of. So this is very helpful and appreciated.
