I loved Zumba class with Aracelis! My first time at the gym. Have to say it was tough, but I never felt better after a workout! Great, small, intimate environment and never felt ashamed because I definitely couldn't keep up with some of the moves!
I have signed up again and looking forward to kickboxing class as well!

So far I have enjoyed the 2 Burn at the Barre classes that I have taken. Cherri is so high energy and wacky (in a good way). She keeps me pushing even though it burns!

Love yoga but don't think I get enough instruction. I also think if I have to cancel 4 hrs ahead a reminder email should be sent. I didn't like paying for classes I didn't take.

Hi there! Yes, when you reserve a class, it reserves a spot for you therefore taking away from someone else. However, it is not a requirement that you make a reservation. You are more than welcome to drop-in and we will accommodate you if there's space! That way, you won't have to remember to cancel your reservation and you wouldn't get charged for not showing up. Thanks!

I've been going to the Body Bar for prenatal yoga classes. I really love the teacher, class and community feel. I've really enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back!
