I have taken a few classes at Body Bar and love the friendly, non-intimidating environment. The teachers are great and everyone is so supportive of each other. I look forward to spending more time at this great, local studio!

The Body Bar class schedule works for people with full-time jobs. All classes I have taken provided a good workout. I would definitely recommend The Body Bar to friends of all fitness levels.

I loved the prenatal class. It was small enough that you received personal attention if needed, but big enough to enjoy the other members and their experiences.

The most succinct workout I ever received. They got right in, concentrated on my needs(abs) and got out in 30 min. This is my ideal workout!

I really enjoyed the enthusiasm from the instructors and the participants! The music was AWESOME! It was definitely a different type of workout for me as I'm usually doing high impact type of workouts. I loved it and highly recommend this place!
