The staff is very competent and courteous and they all treat Tommy very well.
The one problem I do have is with the high cost of tests and meds we have to pay... A recent example is that I paid $19+ for a bag of Lactated Ringer solution! We get it from Costco for $22 for a dozen bags! This time they were back-ordered for 2 weeks and we needed a single bag to keep Tommy medicated. I can understand paying more for it from you, even twice as much, but it is unbelievable that you expect long-time customers to pay such an outrageous price for such a low-cost medication..

We are very grateful for the Animal Doctor's kind and caring staff. They have been our vet for all of our pets for many years and they have always been treated with dignity and respect. Last year we had to euthanize our 13 year old cat after a courageous battle with lung cancer and the staff was so supportive to us during this time of grief.
Our dog Barney loves the staff! I love how they talk directly to him and always make him feel comfortable during the exam or procedure. Whatever the issue is, it is always thoroughly explained and the staff is always patient with all of our questions. There is always a follow-up call checking on how he is doing.
The Animal Doctor vets and staff are important partners in the care of our four-legged children!!!
