First impression: Dr Pilcher was exceptional in his "Dr to patient" interaction. He looked at you he maintain eye contact listened, ask questions and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. the highest compliment I give anybody is if I feel compelled to say "you have a good face", meaning I see you're good person. Dr Pilcher has a great face I like him and he inspired my trust.

Once I saw my PA, I was extremely pleased. The preliminary internet paperwork was totally unreasonably! I almost cancelled my appointment after going through six hours of data input to only have the data system freeze. I called the help line and finally got a positive response which gave me the incentive to continue and keep my appointment.
The staff was responsive and appropriate and I am glad I stuck it out.

All the doctors and nurses I've seen have been kind and helpful, and there's been no unkind looks or judgments. They truly want to hrelp patience improve their quality of life. This office (doctors and nurses) are awsome!!!! Their are non better.
The only negative has been at checkin. There have been multiple times when I would have been over charged if I hadn't questioned the requested amount, $50 plus error. I think it's the complicated insurance billing method of my insurance companies fault. It was corrected by end of appointment this time. The lafies were still kind and fixed it. Thank you!

Unfortunately the group does not have the patience to work with our schedule and we have to keep our schedule on their schedule. Last minute notification to change appointments put me another month out.
Uncomfortable with the front office staff. :(

I highly recommend this office. From my first visit I was treated with respect and dignity. If you or anyone you know are looking for weight loss surgery you should make an appointment and let them take care of you.

The staff is very courteous and polite. They are willing to answer any of your questions. I really adore Dr. Cavazos, he is geniuely concern about your health and is willing to help you out. I truly recommend them to friends and family who are looking for weight loss options.
