The process of having the Techs come get your pet for the appt, then bring them back went smoothly. The Doctor also spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. I was very happy with the entire process, and i bleeive my puppy was too. Highly recommend this vet office.

My appointment went as smoothly as it possibly could, given the restrictions of COVID-19. They had a special window available for me to speak with the doctor about my dog, even though I couldn't actually go into the building. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating.
We will miss Dr. Havernick greatly--he's been a terrific vet to our dogs over the years.
