Swamptech does such a great job. I received a call the day before my appointment and another shortly before the techs were scheduled to arrive. I appreciate the excellent professionalism and courtesy that is standard with Swamptech. The techs are very considerate of our home, pets, and the value of our time and money. They are fast, skilled, professional, and competitively priced - what more could I ask for?

Scheduling was easy and the technician was friendly and professional, but charging $95 just to set a float is really excessive. I'll just spend the time to figure it out myself next time.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. They were quick and got the job done. Though, it may have been too quick. While they were able to fix the motor and the fan, they disregarded the fact that the swamp cooler is no longer cooling.

I would have given 5 stars but was burglarized by one of the employees at SWAMP TECH that worked in the office. Other than all the hassles and frustration from the thefts, I thought SWAMP TECH did a good job.

Ben and Garrett were awesome. Prompt, helpful, quick. They gave us some great information on how to make our system more effective and efficient. And my three-legged dog who hates pretty much everyone loved Ben! That says something. We'll definitely call them again.

I'm always more then pleased with the service and the knowledge of the techs that work on my swamp cooler every year. I have always had excellent and on time service from this company and will continue to use and refer them to my family and friends. The workers have always been friendly and listen to and take care of any concerns that I might have. Keep up the great work!

I have used Swamp Tech for years. I quickly learned after the first few times of having them at my house that I could trust them, their work, and their integrity. They've repaired things that needed to be fixed and have always been willing to show me and explain to me what's broken and why it should be replaced or repaired. Never have any of them tried to "up sell" me.
Kade and Patrick came to start up my cooler this year. They are fine young men; professional, polite, and efficient. They now join the ranks of the other fine technicians who've helped me over the years.
