There is no other gym or athletic club that offers the same level of amenities, professional staff and high quality trainers!

Although the club looks nicely finished with new branding, the cleanliness of the studios has declined. The cycle bikes are not maintained to the standard they were before and are often left dirty, the floors are grimy, and the attendance to detail is not to the quality I would expect from a privately owned athletic club.
Much of the time, the coffee is empty, staff are sitting chatting, and I have to directly ask for assistance. Furthermore, the lounge is often left unattended. I was also dismayed to overhear a staff member complaining about other instructors.
This is not the SVAC I remember and I am seriously considering leaving after being a member for 12 plus years. What happened to quality assurance, professionalism, and etiquette?
Although you may offer over 70+ classes, this does not compensate for the decline in quality of staff and the high expectation that SVAC has been know to provide. Quality vs. Quanity!

Great gym! Always friendly faces to acknowledge you it is very clean, well maintained!! Enjoy going to work out or just enjoy a coffee at the coffee bar!

My daughter, my husband and I all love going to Sturgeon Valley Athletic Club. The classes are fun and challenging and the play care is the best you will ever find. Michelle and Jessi are awesome and my daughter absolutely loves it.

The club has an enjoyable, upbeat and positive attitude as well as a great variety of classes and class times. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors help to tailor my workout.

We are very happy with SVAC. We only discontinued our membership for a few months as we willing be travelling and pursuing outdoor activities and won't be able to make use of our membership. We will be back.
