I am very satisfied with the Club's services. The classes are motivating and accomodate all abilities. The staff at the front desk are friendly, helpful and kind. What a great way to enter the Club! The trainers are amazing. They are eager to help each participant and are careful to ensure our form is correct to avoid any unnecessary injuries. Best decision I made to join the Club (in a long time). Thank you.

I've never been someone that enjoyed working out or even physical activity. However, I am finding that at Sturgeon Valley I am going 5 days a week. I have tried tons of classes and like all of them!

I so enjoy the friendly and welcoming environment. There are many different classes to choose from and, for the most part, when on the waitlist, I usually get in. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. The gym is clean, brightly lit, and full of a variety of equipment.

This gym is amazing! So clean and welcoming. The staff are so kind and helpful and make you feel welcome. The classes are so fantastic! Such great variety and lots of fun. The change rooms are clean and even have a massage chair! I was so nervous to start a new gym but from the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel comfortable. You should really try this gym out for yourself!

Nice new equipment and the facility offers little extras that others don't (glasses cleaner, mouth wash, etc.). It would be nice to hear a little background music at low levels so you can't clearly hear people's conversations from across the facility.
