Everything was fine till I checked out. Was charged for the refraction. My insurance always paid for it in the past. When I asked about the extra charge, the lady that checked me out, Lisa, was a little short with me and wasn't very friendly and was pretty quick to point out that I needed to pay for the refraction. I called my insurance about the extra charge and they said that there was a mix up on my policy and that they should be paying for it and would do so. I thought the response to my question was a little off that's all. Everyone is usually very friendly and nice, happy, cheerful. No harm done just thought you should know. She may not have the needed people skills just yet. Everybody else was awesome. The girls did a great job! Dr. H. is great.

I have rated above average only because of the professional service received from Dr. Hilovsky and his assistants. However, the excessive waiting time almost caused me to tell the receptionist I was leaving and would find another optometry service. I had an 11:00 AM appointment on Tuesday, March 25th and arrived t 10:45 AM. At 12:00 Noon I was preparing to leave when I was finally called to Dr. Hilovsky's office. A 60 minute wait time is unacceptable in my book.
