Had a trailer brake message on my 2019 Chevrolet Duramax....they had a great tech who diagnosed it and found it was only a fuse...a hard to find one, under the hood. A testament to their honesty i feel. I was going to take it to the dealer, but with long lead time and wait times, i decided to let Sun Devil give it a try. So glad i did...

To me I feel that they take pride that I'm a customer they are professional the waiting area is nice and clean they talk to you instead of talking at you and they listen to what you have to say that's why I have no problem taking my vehicle there

Went to the shop with a paper from check engine report, it said I needed a coil and spark plug. They opened the hood and found out that a mouse had chewed the wires. The engine is a turbo and the manufacturer sells the whole wiring harness not the peice I needed. The harness is 2500. They went ahead and repaired the harness on my car. Can not say enough about the skill of the techs. They fixed it runs great. I would never take any vehicle I have to any place other than SunDevil. They are the greatest
