As a woman who does know a little about cars, I have always been treated fairly by Gary. They have always been straight forward about cost and time frame. Never had a problem writing a check to pay for service. Only complaint is I wish they would set up a shuttle service.
Took my vehicle there for repairs on a recommendation. First repair went great, the second was on their recommendation spending over $1.7k on a rear differential work, came back with an oil leak. Went to get that fixed and found my electric window broken next. When I raised my concerns, Gary complained and told me to take my business elsewhere without completing follow-up repairs. What a tool.
There is nothing more frightening then not knowing what is wrong with your vehicle and having to put it in the hands of a repair shop. However, we trust Summers Auto and know Gary will give us the best options possible depending on the situation. They have serviced our many different vehicles over the past 12 years and we trust them without any hesitation.
The repairs itself were fine.
Unfortunately the owner gave my daughter a ride home and asked her how old she was and when she answered, he said he guessed he was too old to ask her out. This was extremely unprofessionally and a bit creepy! I mean really, she was in a vulnerable position.
Needless to say we will not be going there again
I am so happy that my husband and I found Summer's. They are always accommodating and good with time it takes for repairs. We have been going here since we moved to CO and we wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.
Gary and his crew take great care of my vehicle. Gary works hard to identify the problem, provide me with choices, and keep my costs reasonable. I really appreciate his personalized service and I highly recommend Summers.
For years I have done business with Summers Auto and have always been quite pleased. However, the last two times have been somewhat disappointing. A large oil leak under my Lincoln that appeared on my driveway after an oil change (Gary did send two guys up to clean it up the best they could). They had to tighten the oil plug and the filter. Then this last time I brought the car in and the part had not been ordered. Consequently, I had to bring it in again. The work was fine, however I was a bit disappointed that no restitution was offered in either instance.
Good service as always. A bit more than I wanted to pay but the problem was fixed and I trust the repair.
I have used Summers Auto several times over the years and I have always been satisfied. I feel I am getting a fair shake and an honest estimate.
Summers Auto does a stand up job
Thanks for the advice on how to handle the next step in van repair!
My french fries did get cold, oh well.
