Had another great check up with Dr Bilon. I've been a patient over 20 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He's excellent and so is the entire team. I know people overuse the cliche about it being like family; but in this case it's an appropriate description.

Always excellent every time! Staff and dr Bilon treat you like family. Care about what you have to say and need. I would always tell someone to go see them! Best place in charlotte to me! Love them!!!

I first met Dr. Bilon two years ago when he so kindly provided a free eye exam through a low-income program. However, he in no way cut any corners and I received the same excellent service as any other patient.
My second appointment was made under better financial circumstances and was just as good as the first.
Dr. Bilon has a great sense of humor and takes his time with your peepers, using up-to-date equipment for the best results. He explains everything and readily answers any and all questions you may have.
Dr. Bilon is assisted by a congenial, helpful staff and is conveniently located in Uptown Charlotte, making the clinic easy to access.
Once you give Dr. Bilon a try you will never want to go to to another optometrist.

Every person in the office is very friendly, courteous and genuinely concerned about your welfare, respectful of your time and efficient and thorough. Plus, Dr. Bilon never encourages you to purchase anything that you don't need
