I felt really relaxed even tho my blood pressure didn't show it. lol Dr. Williams and the staff were very informative and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting all of them.

I've been searching, for a while, for a dentist in the area that i felt comfortable with and could trust. The dentist himself & all of his staff are so friendly and make sure you're comfortable with everything, including costs, before they even start. They are up front about everything.
I'm also very terrified of dentists. They did everything they could to put me at ease and helped me have a good experience. Mandy, the hygenist, is so wonderful and friendly. And Dr. Williams himself is quite good. I was in and out of the office in no time, with everything taken care of. Quick...good work. Great staff!!!!

Awful customer service and nonexistent follow up.

Rhonda sorry your experience with us what not what it should be as we have had some staff change ... we pride ourselves on customer service and try to go above and beyond for our patients anytime you would like to call our office and speak to the office manager I am certain there can be a resolution to your unhappiness.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted. The only pain during the visit was the shot to deaden my gums. Other than that it was a pretty pleasant experience.

Fascinating. Firstly, your app't reminders amounted to no less than 8 reminders, although I acknowledged them, it was annoying - land based phone, cell phone, very efficient, but way too much.
Cleaning was fine, water on the floor was unusual, but different. .

Sorry Larry the reminders are being done by a new service and we are trying are best to get that taken care of... we truly do not want to annoy our great patients. :) water on the floor was malfunction of equipment. Sorry for any and all inconveniences.
