Push push push you to spend more money. Dr. Williams would be thrilled to pull out everyone's teeth and put in fake ones. Very much money driven. Communication couldn't be worse. Kelly absolutely will not return an email.

Sorry to hear you feel that way that's not what WILLIAMS DENTAL CARE is about as for emails from Kelly we were having issues with our email accounts we ask that if you didn't get a response to give us a call we want all our patients happy and we go out of way to achieve that. Please feel free to call and ask for the office manager if there anything we can do to rectify the situation for you.

They definitely know how to create raving fans!!! Dental visits aren't ever fun but the way the staff treats you here is stellar. Everyone is very upbeat and personable on the phone as well as in person , the Dentist is very informative, helpful and ranks A+ in bedside manners. I would highly recommend Williams Dental Care to everyone that needs to go to the dentist.

Very good customer service and all staff are very helpful. There fixed my teeth, cleaned and I have healthily teeth, done a excellent work on my teeth.
I'm a very happy customer, and I will recommend William Dental Care to everyone.

I was exceptionally impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff, including of course, Dr. Williams himself. This is one of the reasons why I have decided to continue my patronage of your office for future dental work in spite of the fact that your office is out-of-network for my particular insurance company. Your service is that good. I do not mind paying a few extra dollars to get excellent service from people I have come to trust. There is no substitute for quality, and in dentistry, as in so many things, you get what you pay for. So you not only have a new loyal patient--you have a new fan. God bless you all. Thank you for all the help you have given my wife and me so far.

I was unable to see Mandy for my cleaning on Monday, July 14. The lady i saw was very nice and provided educational advice but the cleaning was painful. My mouth was very sore that night to the point that i didnt want to eat and was sore the next day as well. i dont ever have that problem with Mandy. i dont like to complain but was asked for my review.
