I appreciate being kept aware of different opportunities but I also feel as if I am being "sold" something every time I bring our pet in. It is to the point that my goal is to get out of the office having spent as little as I can. I do believe your group has some of the best pet care in the city, but it comes with a price.

We apologize that you feel you are being "sold" services. We do our best to educate you on why we recommend what we do so you can make an informed decision with no pressure. In addition to the annual preventative care exam and elected vaccines, we routinely recommend annual fecal and heartworm testing. The optional services we recommend or offer are annual deworming, heartworm and flea & tick preventatives, wellness blood work for older pets and we offer nail trims during the appointment. Depending on the vet's assessment of your pet's health, they may recommend a special diet, oral health product, etc. when warranted. We are in the business of providing thorough vet care. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you can understand that if we did not offer these services we would be neglecting our duty and mission to provide excellent health care to our client's cherished pets.

Waited too long to see the vet

We are very sorry that you had to wait longer than usual to see the vet. Sometimes pet owners have a lot of questions and/or their pet's visit becomes more involved than anticipated. While we always aim to keep on time, we feel what is most important is that we provide thorough care for all of our patients and give our clients the attention they need. We hope that you can understand that it is never our intention to keep a client waiting and that there is always a legitimate reason for any delays. We really appreciate your patience and feedback.

Our visits to SRAC are always wonderful. Everyone is so great to me and my dog and I feel confident that we get top notch care and advice. We love Dr. Donovan. I recommend SRAC to all my dog-owner friends.

Our pets have always received top quality, kind, and courteous care at South Ridge Animal Clinic. Even when faced with sad news of a pet with cancer they guided us through every step with utmost care, and sympathy when necessary. Thank you for all you have done!
