Dr Donovan is always so informative about all my Doggies needs.

She follows your lead always, if you are being proactive or considering a wait to see situation.

She has been spot on all these 18 years!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Donovan is so kind and patient. She sat with me for a long time to go over my dogs history. She recommended the cheapest course of treatment, and it worked! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

The receptionist worked my little dog into an already overflowing schedule and she was seen in just a couple of hours. It was good that she was seen so promptly because she had quickly developed a serious condition that when treated early has a good outcome. I shall be forever grateful that the staff at South Ridge Animal Clinic cared enough to make sure my precious pet was seen and treated. The follow up calls were also caring as well as informative about questions I had about my dogs treatment.

Mac was calm and comfortable during his entire visit. We feel it may have been related to the icalm music for dogs ears playing during our visit. The vet, Dr. Virginia L. Donovan, was outstanding . The care she gave to Mac and the information regarding his ongoing care including preventative meds and suggestion to neuter was much appreciated. We will neuter Mac in the near future as we work to include those vet fees into our budget. We googled the Icalm music by Joshua Leeds and have ordered a CD to play for Mac when we are away from home a couple hours which is rare. Thank you for your exceptional loving service to pets. We have worked with Dr. Donovan since we moved here nine years ago. We love this office, she has always been so gentle and kind with our animals. Since the took on Dr. Hansen we are getting to know her and she is great as well. She has a very sweet demeanor with our pets as well.
