Spa Envy & Salon

Spa Envy used to be my favorite salon in town. Unfortunately, they have become mediocre. I called for a last minute nail appointment and was able to get in, but the girl doing my nails complained to me about staying until close to do my nails. On top of it, it was the worst manicure I have ever had. Also, they no longer have any products to sell. I had my haircut there and while it was being done other employees would walk by and complain to the lady cutting my hair about the salon's latest gossip. It felt like I had stepped back into middle school. Their level of professionalism has gone down.

Kelsey cut my hair for the first time. I was to the point I could not stand my should length hair. She listened to what I wanted and offered great advice. I love my new hair cut.

Warm, lovely experience. Spa Envy is a friendly salon and the employees know their craft. I have been a customer for years and look forward to each experiene there. I've never been disappointed.

I felt a bit rushed out of my appt. I prefer that my scheduled time is mine alone. I do not like getting rushed around due to working other clients in to my scheduled time. What happens then is that my appt takes longer than necessary.
