I got a little upset when pictures...

I got a little upset when pictures were taken of my eyes. First one girl tried & spent a lot of time trying, then another girl came & tried. She left & went to talk to others & another girl came back & looked at something & said ok. I was beginning to think that maybe something serious was wrong with me.
I had problems with nearly every test & I felt very uneasy about my eyes. No one said anything so I hope that my eyes are okay.

Please, anytime in the future that you may have questions, call the office so we can get any answers you may need. You can rest assured that a more experienced technician was brought in only to verify the results. Some of the testing we do can be influenced by various factors and we occasionally insist that another technician verify the results to guarantee its accuracy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They seemed way over scheduled though and it was almost an 45 minutes after my appointment time that I was able to see the doctor. She had too many patients at once. Nothing she could do about it, and she was very pleasant once she was there.

The care given was great and we...

The care given was great and we loved the way Dr Bull stepped in when Dr Tate got behind. The only thing we disliked was the amount of literature that cluttered every area of the building. We felt like everything was being forced down our throats with no break whatsoever. It also took away from the beauty of your furnishings.

I was very pleased with the care and concern of the staff and Dr Tate. I would highly recommend you to my friends.

Where I was not pleased, is that I heard Dr Tate one of the girls working the desk to FAX a letter to my primary care physician. When I called his office it had not been received, I called your office and was told that they would FAX it later that afternoon. I called my doctors office this morning and they still had not received it again I called your office and was told that they were not sure if it had been FAXED I unfortunately got very busy and could not call my Dr's office but will in the morning. I DO HOPE THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE FAX!

We contacted the doctors office and were given a different number that too, did not work. Third time was a charm and we verified with Celia in your PCP's office that the fax was received.
