Everything was great until I had to deal with Bob. Thought he was very pushy, did not take time to adjust new glasses properly, very.. his way only, did not ask what you wanted only pushed things on you. Beside that, the rest of the staff was a pleasure to be around.

So far the experience of the Office staff and Dr Quon was above and beyond. On the day of my appt booking not only did the office person who took my call ask if I had any questions. She was also willing to take the time to answer my questions willingly. She also understood my concerns about getting ripped off by the sales associate at (glass crappers) whom not only never got my prescription corret but charged me a great deal of money for services I did not ask for nor concent to. My faith in in eye doctor s and the services they provide have been restored by Dr Qouns and his wonderful staff very knowledgeable and what to me seemed to be the latest and upto date advancements in optometry. The office itself had very wide selection of eyewear from classic, suave and debonair to the latest styles in eyewear, but I had mentioned a few styles I had seen online they brought out a few catalogs to browes through . But after selcting about twenty frames I finally did find a great pair th fully fit my face, hair color and made my baby blues pop. As I said on their Facebook page I know I have found an optomotrist for many years to come.

I WAS THERE ON SATURDAY AND IT WAS PRETTY BUSY. THE GIRL AT THE CASH REGISTER SEEMED STRESSED, SO SHE WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY.

The delay in taking the final test did grate a bit. Other than that it was smooth and efficient

Dr. Quon and his staff are awesome, my wife and I have been going to him for about 10yrs. He is the only one I trust when it come to my eyes.

I always get excellent service from Dr. Quon and Associates. The staff is friendly and give good service every time I come into the office. The staff is very knowledgeable and they provide the best eye care available in southern California.
