South Coast Optometry was better than advertised. The staff is first-rate, laughed at all my jokes, and made me feel like I was an old college buddy! Dr. Quon is the best at his craft, delivering his services in a very informative - yet entertaining - manner. This office has the most up to date relevant equipment and delivers the most comprehensive eye-exam west of the Mississippi!

The office staff and the doc were very thorough and kind! The only thing I would add to make my office experience perfect was a more polished office environment/ display of glasses that I could touch and try on super easily!

The young man that helped me, Fri. 17th 2pm appt....was refreshing :) He did not push/promote/etc...but listened and responded to my needs :)

Very professional and yet very personable. Everyone there is so friendly and very helpful with picking out the right frames. All of you are such a sweet group of people. It's a true joy to do business with you. :)

the day before my appointment the office seemed to have had a water pipe rupture, something like this would normally throw an office into chaos. This group weathered through it with good humor, and efficiency. The visit took longer than I expected, but that was completely understandable.
Their rates are very reasonable, and they do not make you feel like a "number" the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I had a great experience!

Everything was great until I had to deal with Bob. Thought he was very pushy, did not take time to adjust new glasses properly, very.. his way only, did not ask what you wanted only pushed things on you. Beside that, the rest of the staff was a pleasure to be around.

Additionally, the staff is not on commission, so there would be no incentive to be pushy in any type of sales. I will speak to him on your behalf.
