Smitty's Service

Maybe it's just me, but Smitty's might want to think about grooming. Uniforms look worn and some heads of hair need to be tidied up.

This is the best of the best place to go to get service beyond what you expect. They remember your name after the fist meeting. I have been having them take care of my cars for over 5 years now. They even helped me select the car I now have based on their extreme knowledge of the track record of performance of a car. Mike is the owner and he attracts like people to his business. Quality with down home goodness!!!!!!

Great service with a smile and a sense of humor. You really saved my butt. I was able to drop off my car in the morning and by lunch had the answers to what was going on. From Mike to Sam and Dan you all were pleasant and professional. Thank you!

The gang at Smitty's is fabulous and the guys make even a routine visit enjoyable. I would normally give them a 5 rating, except they didn't have a FIAT oil filter in stock (even tho I'd made my appointment a few days in advance). The part was ordered quickly, but my oil change took an hour and a half. Next time I'll just remind them to make sure they have the part before I come in.

My car was repaired the same day, and the price was right! Thank you Smitty's for putting me back on the road quickly, as my job depends on having reliable transportation.

It was gonna be simple -- make sure my 1989 CRX was ready to be smogged. Unfortunately, the very thorough inspection revealed the clutch was slipping badly, and needed to be replaced. Truth be told, if this had been any other shop -- or worse, a dealership -- I would have suspected they'd made it up. But I became a loyal Smitty's customer decades ago because an enthusiastic friend recommended them, and I came to recognize the guys at Smitty's, led by the ever positive and cheerful Mike Magers, are knowledgeable, skillful, honest and trustworthy, thrifty, well-mannered, and clean. And funny. And they don't want you to have to spend a dime more than you absolutely need to. That's why, when something on the bill didn't quite make sense, one of the guys figured out that a data error had led the computer to add a couple of line items that didn't apply to my car, and Mike was quick to remove the charges.

So now, with a great technician's loving attention and a new clutch, not only will my little Honda pass smog, but if I ever decide to red line it, I'll have all the power I could possibly desire. Thanks, guys!

You folks always provide good service delivered quickly, and at a reasonable cost. Besides my normal routine service, you have taken my car in immediately in an emergency and gone beyond what one might expect to get me back on the road again.

Excellent service. I've been going to Smitty's for 3-4 years, and honestly, I think the service has gotten better over the years. The belts and pulley (who knew it could just fall off the car) they replaced yesterday has left my car running smoother and better than before. The goal no doubt but refreshing nonetheless. I'm so thankful to have found Smitty's.
