Dr. Shouhed and his team are great. The office is clean and comfortable, and they work with the latest technology. More important, Dr. Shouhed was perhaps one of the gentlest dentists I've ever been treated by. He also happens to be one of the sexiest dentists I've ever met, which obviously isn't a good reason to choose one dentist over another, but it's a damn nice perk given his excellent skill. :)

It was my first appointment with Dr. Shouhed. From the greeting to the goodbye, an overall great experience. He took the time to fully explain the procedure I was having done in both features and benefits. He and his staff checked in on me during the process to ensure I was comfortable. Afterward, he took the time to further discuss future treatments and follow up in detail.

Well I felt it was very impersonal the way that the receptionist had to give me the price after talking to Dr David about my problem. After fixing my chipped tooth I didn't get to see the results right away in the mirror, instead Dr David just asked me how it felt and I said It feels like it's its longer than my other front tooth. So he kept on shorting it down till I felt like it was feeling just okay. Still not knowing how it looked like my tooth still felt little longer than the other, but the truth was that it was THICKER so it reached my lower teeth and therefor it felt longer. After it was done, I was still lying in the chair not knowing if I was finished or if I would be brought a mirror too see the results. Nothing happened so I got out of the chair, found a mirror myself, wondering if they'd bring my jacket that the assistant put away somewhere. I was pretty much lost and there was lack of communication. I saw Dr David already starting with a new patient so I guess he was done with me, and I asked his assistant, who took my jacket in first place, If it was my jacket that was hanging in the patients room. She was sorry but I was fine with it. I paid and when I got home I took a closer look and I noticed that the tooth that was fixed was shorter than my other real front tooth. I mean paying 300 dollars for a chipped tooth and not getting the results that should be expected is kinda bad. Im more disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. I would love it if I could get this fixed.

Had major work and couldn't be happier with outcome. The office staff is very professional and friendly... Dr. Shouhed is attentive, caring and a master at what he does.
