I booked a holiday surprise for a facial with my daughter. We got to the spa only to find out that one of the two estheticians left for the day and we could not have our mother-daughter outing as planned for this Christmas gift. We had one facial appointment, so my daughter was able to get hers, but the whole idea of this was to do something together. Highly disappointing. Lost a lot of my confidence in the spa, and not sure I would book a facial here again.

Love Simply Swank! Been a client for 20 years. Amazing staff who care about every client. A pleasant experience every time - and I go quite often so I know! Stylists are creative and knowledgeable. Truly a gem in a sea of salons!!

This was my first haircut at Simply Swank and my stylist was Loren. She did an excellent job in cutting my hair like she had been doing it for a long time.

Always greeted with a smile, everyone is friendly. Salon is bright, filled with natural light. Always a great experience from beginning to end.

Love the atmosphere, and aveda scent. Gabby is very personable, on time, skilled at cutting crazy hair( over 60!,curly, colored etc) I love that I don’t leave with an old lady cut.
