Dr Coughlin spent time with us to come up with a plan to best treat our dog's allergies. She listened, she followed through with the things she said she was going to do & we hope to have our dog back to his normal self in no time. I appreciate her taking the time to listen to all of my concerns & strategize the best way to treat our dog!

Everyone from when we arrived to when we left were so nice and understanding. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions. They treated the kittens (3) very gently. It was a very pleasant experience for a first-time owner and to the 8 week old kittens.

Little Sissy (gray tiger cat at 9.5 lbs.!) hadn't eaten for a couple days; I thought she had trouble with her teeth.
Dr. Spielman confirmed the problem; Sissy has an appt. for oral surgery on Nov. 29th. She was given one or 2 shots yesterday and this morning she is eating again...she even stayed next to her dish this morning... sleeping so that the other 2 cats wouldn't get her food. The staff at Silver Maple are all very caring and thoughtful.

Everyone was very friendly and greeted all of us upon arrival. I like the scale in the floor and the onsite laboratory, which allows for quick results. The facility is very clean and well organized. We found this veterinary clinic because they perform alternative neutering procedures. We were very pleased with the surgery and decided to continue to take our dog to this clinic. I highly recommend them.

Friendly professional staff that was able to put us at ease leaving our boxer at a kennel for the first time! They even have a Web cam to view your pet, which is neat for those who have anxiety leaving their pet behind.

Got an appointment right away when we found out our puppy had eaten some candy and got sick. Very caring and attentive staff. They showed a lot of attention and concern for out puppy and us.
