As always, the staff at Silver Maple is friendly and professional. I expect my doctor to remember me when I go to see him, but I don't normally have the same expectation at a veterinary office, especially when my cat is only coming for a yearly checkup. Not only did the remember me, but they remembered my cats' personalities, which made everything easier all around. I know that when I take my cats there, they will be well taken care of and well loved.

From the time we arrive until the time we leave, we always have a positive experience. Everyone is always friendly, caring and helpful. We are very appreciative of Dr. Sam for expediting Maggie's treatment and the staff for always attending to her in such a kind and compassionate manner. I'm sure it is not Maggie's favorite place to visit but she apparently has not had a negative experience because she never hesitates to walk in the door.

The girls at the front desk are just unbelievably friendly and accommodating... They go Way Beyond the Call of Duty and are very wonderful.. I will let you know how my experience was with the doctor if Her diagnosis is correct.. So far, it is hard to tell.... you can tell that everyone who works there loves animals and that is a wonderful thing. Thank you
