As a long time customer, the “new” experience was not what it used to be. Stylist did what I came in for and she was very nice. Front staff gave me feeling to hurry me out. No warmth to my leaving, or explanation of my points for next time.

My wife and I came in for long over due haircuts (you know, the lock down and all). Needless to say, we left very satisfied! Sarah is great!

I’ve been a customer for several years along with both of my daughters. I’m extremely disappointed at the extreme price hike and no notice of the overinflated service costs. I went from paying $25 for a hair cut to $60.00 for the same exact service. I’m not sure if I will continue to come back. Also, all the experienced stylists are gone.

I highly enjoyed Taylor today. Her personality is warm and friendly with good communication skills. She gave me a great haircut. I have been letting it grow for months after I tried cutting my own hair. I finally have a good shape and style. She touched up my roots which were in great need. I left feeling thankful to feel more myself again. Thank you, Taylor.

My experience was very pleasant, prompt and she did a very nice job coloring my hair. I informed her about another co-worker who was not wearing her mask properly (didn't cover her nose and was sneezing) and she indicated that she would let the manager know. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating was because of the other colorist who was not wearing her mask properly.
