Serenity is different from other salons I've gone to - it's calm and smells wonderfully fragrant and clean. I was welcomed by a quiet and friendly employee at the desk, and Ell was quickly out to get me. I love the heated neck rest on the shampoo chair and the very relaxing shampoo. Then Ell gave me the crisp, swinging bob of my heart's desire. This salon truly lives up to its name.
