I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly manner of this office. Every thing is very high-tech, from the front office to eye tests, but at the same time the staff makes you feel special and well taken care of.

First visit - great visit! The staff couldn't be more friendly and Dr. Hicks couldn't be more personable. I picked up a few business cards to pass on to friends as I highly recommend Seeport. The optician was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right frames especially since I had a preconceived notion of what I wanted, which I finally realized was not right for my face shape.
I found the only drawbacks were that the selection is somewhat limited and feel there should be a greater choice of sizes, colors and styles of frames or to have the ability to order the correct size when you find a style that you fall in love with. Having said that, I do realize that the display area is limited so I'm sure it would be a challenge to find enough room to satisfy everyone's taste. Also, 2 1/2 weeks is quite long to wait for your glasses - a week to 10 days is more reasonable.
Other than that, I am totally sold on Seeport Optometry!

I arrived on time but had to wait for 40 minutes before being seen. Not sure what the policy would have been if I had arrived forty minutes late. Annoying. Not sure yet if i would recommend to a friend.
