The spa rooms themselves are very peaceful, serene, very clean and relaxing but the entry area is a bit 'loud' in its decore. There are no amenities in the shower sauna change rooms ... No moisture motions, razors, deodorant, no extra towels except one in locker etc. ... not even a kleenex box! These should be staples in any spa of this caliber!! The hand shower leaked and should be replaced or repaired. This is my second visit to this new location in St. Germain and I was disappointed these issues had not been dealt with. On a very positive note, however, both the front entry attendant and my masseuse were both excellent ... I enjoyed one of my most relaxing massages anywhere in recent history! Attend to above issues and you will surely secure a five star rating.

I had a microdermabrasion, the experience was lovely.

The service was 90 min and included a fabulous facial, make and a small massage.

The technician was professional, precise and friendly. The outcome was wonderful my skin was soft and looked renewed.

I would highly recommend it and I myself will be going again soon.

On another note the St Germain provides free valet service as well.

The receptionist on Saturday was amazing! super nice lady and even before the issue with the fire alarms, she was courteous and polite and helped arrange a last minute massage for me.

I wish there was some amenities like hair elastics and lotion for post-shower.

Nice spa, excellent service. However, for the price, I would expect a spa lounge to relax before and after the spa treatment. I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and had to sit in the spa's waiting room, which yes, had nice chairs, ice water and tea, but it was a lobby which is not ideal for relaxing. The spa's 'change room' is just the hotel's public washroom, and while it is modern and clean it's not comparable to a spa lounge you could expect at a similar spa. I will not return to this spa simply due to the lack of a lounge.

We had a couple's massage for 90 min and were not happy at all with the massage. We felt like we paid a lot for just the elegant environment. We had better massages that were way less money in the past.

Andy is amazing! So professional, personalizes my treatment to my needs, depending on my soreness/ need areas. I always feel amazing after a therapeutic massage.
