Nafiz and the ladies are all wonderful and a pleasure to sit a visit with and relax. A larger location is required as the space for comfort and privacy is not as inviting as the 24 Ave location that was closed.

I have been a regular to Sante Spa now for over 2 years and have never in my life had an experience like my last one. I had a regular massage therapist who worked out all my back aches, who left and I could not get the new location of. This past experience was the worst experience I've ever had. We had a couples massage and my masseuse: Kara Svy on the 9th of November 2016 put me in so much pain. I have had to ice and heat my shoulders for over 3 days now and the initial pain hasn't gone away. She did the same movement to my back with her elbow the entire massage - not a helpful or pleasant technique. I informed her as I went in that I wanted a therapeutic massage as my shoulders had been bothering me a little, she made it 1000x worse. I tried to ask her during the massage to adjust and she completely ignored me every time.

I am seriously going to consider coming back. I feel like I paid for pain, and poor quality. They were over 20 min late taking us into our massage and finished us earlier than the hour we paid for.

I had a massage and facial, however the rooms were very small, not very spacious. In addition, after I had left the hotel after my spa treatment, I did not feel relaxed from my relaxation massage nor was my face clean and revitalized, as they had failed to remove the residual make up off from my face before they started the facial.

I had the best massage therapist ever Andy. I have had massages every where but this was truly amazing and it hit a lot of trouble areas.

I had a fabulous facial with Adrianna. She is always professional and extremely pleasant and she is so good at what she does. I think she does the best facials in the city. My skin looked radiant afterwards.
