It was great there. Even though I went on prom day, woops. but everyone there is beyond nice and they all do great work! i was very happy with my first experience.

I called yesterday to ask for my stylist Maggie to do my hair,they said she is not working anymore. I asked for Melissa their reply was she is no longer there. They will not tell me where they went!

Hi so sorry to hear the disappointment in your review.

We miss Maggie also. She was with the Salon for over 19 years. Sorry you missed her retirement get together last week.

We tried so hard to contact all of her clients in advance. She decided to stay home and raise her son full time and is not doing hair any longer. Hopefully she will return in the future.

But for now Maggie is retired...and will be missed by many...

We wish her the sincerest well wishes. Every child deserves to have his mom full time. Please don't hesitate to call and ask for me personally if I can be of any assistance. Rita

What is happening to salon Terranova?? My favorite salon is not so favorite anymore.. The staff is quitting right and left and the owner is replacing her once very skilled staff with inexperienced people right out of school. The owner still demands the high prices though.. Time to look elsewhere..

What ever do you mean? Are you referring to Maggie who retired after 19 years to raise her 18 month old son? Or are you speaking of Melissa DiBiase who was immediately terminated due to a reason that I could not possibly discuss in a review.

We take pride in the fact that we have been able to sustain our NO PRICE INCREASE over the past 4 years & that we have quite an extensive ongoing training program for our newer stylists. So sorry to hear that you will be leaving the Salon.

If there is anything that I can do please don't hesitate to call me.
