Kristen is the best. I've seen her for massage, facials, and waxing. She keeps me able to live my life with her massage work. I would trust no one else to wax me. Clean. Efficient. Trustworthy. If the person doing your brows isn't wearing gloves, doesn't ask you questions or have you fill out an intake your first visit, or their wax pot has wax or hair on it YOU SHOULD RUN AWAY and book an appointment with Kristen instead. You'll be so happy with the results and also that she follows cleanliness standards for the industry. My mom was in the industry and I'm wishing she had met Kristen.

Dust and lighting gave me a 3 day headache after my hair appointment earlier this week. The charm is gone. The renovations are unwelcoming due to lights and sound. Staff here is the best though. No matter who you see you'll be fabulous when you leave. 5 stars!
Would have given this negative feedback privately. But there is no option to do so any longer.
I feel so utterly sad for the staff. They all must be going mad with all the dust and continued unsatisfactory working conditions. Please be careful as some of that could be very detrimental to health.

I I moved to St. Louis in October 2022 and have been Milena’s client since that time. She’s an excellent stylist- skilled and creative.
On another note, may I offer my suggestion regarding your salon redesign. As a person interested in health, I think that.you should provide anti-fatigue mats to your stylists. OSHA publication @ https://www.osha.gov/ergonomics
I also want to acknowledge the excellent staff that work at the front desk. I really appreciated their efforts to reschedule people during the construction. They are always very welcoming.
