Salon Envy

I've been to Salon Envy a couple of times now and I have always had a great experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly. After each visit I always receive compliments on my hair cut and color...thanks Mandy!!

Matt was very personable and professional. I rarely ever get my hair cut bc it's been a hassle in the past, but he made me feel comfortable and look great! I also thought the receptionist was very friendly, which is just as important as the stylists.

I have been with Rachel for almost a year now. She is the stylist we all wish for! She first sits and talks with you to find out your routine, your likes and dislikes about your hair and what you are looking for. Then there is the perfect haircut. Even after I could not make it back for three months (medical reason) my cut was still perfect! She is not only an awesome professional stylist but a great person too. Rachel rocks!!

It was the relaxing afternoon appointment I love. I had my hair colored, so there was the process time. The waiting area, it was a new area fo rrme this visit, was really comfortable. I love the new chairs.

Searching for "the right" salon in Chicago can be a long and tedious adventure; however, if you go with Salon Envy you will not be disappointed. I made my appointment via their online scheduling (which I personally loved) on Tuesday and was able to make and appointment for the following Thursday. With having such a short amount time before my appointment I wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted to have done upon my arrival. I was scheduled for a partial highlight with Matthew and arrived early for my appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Matthew by chance and his great customer service prevailed immediately. From the beginning to the end of my appointment he talked me through what his was doing and what would be best for my hair in the long run. I am beyond happy with the results and would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again Matthew!
