Woman at front desk was rather unfriendly. Didn't even look up from her phone when I came in or make eye contact when I checked out. Not what I would expect from a person manning the entrance to the salon. Massage was ok just not really my style. Woman who gave it was extremely nice though.

Me and my sister booked a few spa services for a "sisters spa day" to celebrate our birthdays. Overall everything was GREAT! We both have facials by Joanna and Debbie and I had a massage by Debbie. They were wonderful. Then we had nail services by Chris and Delores - also very good. Overall, we were treated great. A couple minor "scheduling" mishaps with lunch, etc but it wasnt worth complaining over. I would definitely go back for another salon service and recommend them to a friend.

I am a longtime customer and would like to know why NO ONE behind the counter ever says 'thank you' after I pay for my service. Customer service and common courtesy have gone completely out the window.

I came in needing a serious make over on my hair and Kristy provided just that! She was so sweet, kind, and really took her time. I couldn't be happier! What a wonderful salon!

I found out about your Salon from the purchase of a Groupon massage visit. The Salon was organized and clean. Jessica, the massage therapist, was very friendly and very professional. The overall experience was very good and I will go back again!

I loved my facial and my service was great to I got a $40.00 tweeze bill for a few areas on my eyebrow, lip and chin that I thought was complimentary and I would give an extra tip. I like my facial a lot, but felt that I should of known that I would have a $40.00 uncharge for something I could of done to myself. It took the technician a few moments and felt taken advantage of. I got my $40.00 back and sorry to say I will never give any business to them again. I did love the Bioline line they used and Delores the nail tech.

Karen Normandt was terrific as always! I have been coming to this great stylist for 25 years and do not know what I would do without her! Salon 117 is lucky to have her!!
