My service provider is a great professional, cares about the health as well as the beauty of her customers' nails. I am very happy with her work each time I visit her. I am completely loyal to her as I travel quite a distance for her service.

I also emphasize that she is a wonderful person.

Before I even walk into Salon 117 I know that I am going to have a wonderful experience and always look forward to my appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing the people are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I never leave disappointed. I always leave refreshed.

I was treated to a full body massage at your salon as a surprise for my 50th birthday celebration. The hour and a half I spent with Karen was wonderful. I haven't had a massage in over a year and was truly surprised at this glorious gift. The salon staff were all friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing and I truly enjoyed my experience. I live in Hebron IL which is quite a drive but if I ever have plans in the Arlington Heights area Salon 117 will be on my must list place to visit. Thank you so much to Karen for making me feel fabulous!

Woman at front desk was rather unfriendly. Didn't even look up from her phone when I came in or make eye contact when I checked out. Not what I would expect from a person manning the entrance to the salon. Massage was ok just not really my style. Woman who gave it was extremely nice though.
