Getting an appointment is easy, and the actual doctor visit seemed to go fine. Just be sure to completely understand your purchase and get quotes in writing. When I purchased my contacts I was given a price for one year and two years of lenses - I even spoke the quotes back using one year and two years of lenses. I guess I should have specified it as 12 and 24 pairs of lenses, since the quote was actually for 6 or 12 months, which I didn't know until I picked them up. It was still a good deal, just not the great deal that I thought I was getting at first. When I asked about it when I picked up my lenses, the staff person said that tI was wrong and there is no way they would have stated it as one or 2 years of lenses since my prescription does not remain valid for more than a year. My wife and children need to visit an eye doctor as well, and they will not be coming here if they are unwilling to own up to their mistake and try and make a patient that spends hundreds of dollars at their business feel like an idiot.

I was there over an hour before i was seen by actual doctor. He kept talking about what kinds of contacts he wanted to prescribe me when i clearly stated in my paperwork i only wanted glasses which made me feel he didn't even look at it. Despite that, everyone was very nice and they had a good selection of frames.
