Labradoodle (6yo) developed disc issue after jumping to catch toy. Our regular vet x-rayed and referred neurologist/surgeon for further evaluation. This surgeon recommended pain med & rest 1 week. If this didn’t help, back surgery was recommended. We consulted primary vet regarding acupuncture. Primary vet encouraged us to try this since dog had mild discomfort. She walks well, however we can tell her back is bothersome. She had her first acupuncture treatment with Dr Woods and we will follow w/weekly treatments to determine if this can help reduce the need for pain med (Gabapentin).

Dr. Woods and his staff are always very helpful, kind and caring towards both our pet, Oliver, as well as us. Dr. Woods is a fine and extremely competent vet, whom we would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Woods is always compassionate and caring with my dalmatians. And he is great at explaining things and helping me care for my Sam. Of course he is our vet! we love the staff too.

Firstly. Hannah with the big brain, knows and greets each patient by name, and what their appointment is for...secondly, it's comforting that the entire staff knows Baby and just how to pick her up and hold her into the exam room! And, Baby is quite comfortable in the waiting room, she loves playing the 'catch me if you can' game, the techs are quite familiar with that game!

Dr. Woods is the most caring Vet along with his staff. My little girl has several infected teeth and needs to have them removed. They promptly got us in there and she is scheduled for surgery this week. he came highly recommended from my Groomer who has used him for her business for years. I can’t begin to say enough good things about him. I will give anyone a recommendation to you him.
