I bought a gift certificate that expires. I will most likely not purchase another gift certificate from Robert Andrews because gift cards and gift certificates that charge for the purchase and also expire are not a good value to your customer. There is plenty of competition in the beauty/spa market, such that I will find another gift card that does not expire and does not charge a fee.
Sunny does a very relaxing, very beneficial facial. She really knows how to make my skin look its best. She is awesome!
When I walked through the door I felt Like I was in Italy. It was a surprise at the size of the Atrim. My service was. a keratin blow out with Leah. They had trouble finding the product in the stock room. While I waited Leah cut my hair at no extra charge. I love the cut and the treatment . I plan on coming in to use the SPA :)
It is where I get my hair done regularly. Always pleased. Except this past time. I was charged $80 for color touch up and a few highlights, this time $115 for the EXACT same procedure. Then I was charged $47 for my child to get a trim. No style. She and I both left with wet hair. These price inconsistencies are unacceptable. I will probably find somewhere else.
Came for a massage and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. Will be coming back soon for more treatments.
Robert Andrew's facility is absolutely gorgeous and my expectations were very high. I was to receive the Spa Delight package which includes a facial, massage, lunch, mani/pedi. I did not get a lunch as they forgot to let me know it was available!! I felt like I was rushed during the manicure/pedicure and left the salon with polish on my cuticles!!

Everything was fantastic, especially both massage therapists. We decided to book standing, quarterly couples massages, based on our wonderful experience. We can't wait for our next appointment!!

I've been going to Robert Anderews spa in Gambrills for more than 10 years and have always enjoyed every experience. The staff is courteous and the aestheticians are knowledgeable and often make me feel like I'm the only customer. Their variety of services are vast so there are many ways to pamper yourself.
