The team at R. M. Ratta has really done a nice job for my condominium association in Shirley. As a property manager it's important to have vendors that you can contact once and you know that it will be taken care of. R. M. Ratta is one of those vendors.

The dumpster that RM Ratta empties at my location is sometimes put back behind another tenants space and it smells horrible.
When I called to have them come by and move it took close to a month and the person on the phone wasnt helpful or friendly. Infact I had to call 3 times to get satisfaction.
Other than that I have no other complaints.

Excellent service! Both workers were polite, professional, efficient and thorough. They worked diligently and kept me undated on the progress of my Title V inspection.

R M Ratta was more than accommodating and friendly. They were however 4 hours late from our original scheduled appt. With that said, Mark kept me updated every hour on how soon they would be at our home.

Aside from forced rescheduling, their service is great but pricey. The people in both the office and the field are very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service, great customer reps, Jen was always responsive and helpful. Definitely could tell they CARED, which is something lacking from other (unnamed) septic companies.
