I went to Rizzieri to get my hair cut, eyebrows waxed, and make up done. Each student was very professional and took their time to make sure they did their absolute best. My eyebrows were done first and it was hard to tell how they looked since the surrounding area was so red. After getting the other services completed I was able to see my eyebrows and they were better than anywhere I have ever gone. My hair took some time because the student had never worked with a cow lick. It turned out beautiful! I don't wear makeup often and so I told the student to do it however she liked. I came out looking like a whole new person with everything done and I felt absolutely beautiful! It was a great experience and turned out wonderful! Thank you to the students and teachers at Rizzieri!

I needed an updo for a wedding. Connie was wonderful!! she took her time, asked what i wanted, how i like it and was in constant contact with her teacher. I cant say enough positive things about both of them....I will return and i will let my friends know about my experience!!

I was recommended to Rizzieri's school by a friend and had great expectations, however, I left feeling very underwhelmed. I went to have my hair permed (which I have had in the past) so I expected to be there for a while. My hair is healthy and medium length (to the top of my bra strap). I was there from 9:45am to 4pm and left with hair that hardly has a curl. The teachers were nice and guided the students but I feel that they should have stepped in more to correct what was going wrong. One teacher was very kind and assisted with putting my hair in rollers, but I had already been sitting for over 2 hours. Towards the end of my service, another teacher noticed that the perm was not taking, she simply said "oh, try this...." and walked away. No one asked if I liked what I received and just let me walk away. Definitely not the service I was hoping for.

I have been very happy with Rizzieri, but I went on a Saturday this time and disappointed. I do intend to come back but will go during the week. The service just was not the high quality that I had in the past. The teacher Kim was great, she tried to show and correct the student doing my hair and the girl did try. She had to keep re wetting my hair and blow drying for so many times and still it was it wasn't right. But at that point I had been under the blowing heat so long I was satisfied with however it looked. There was none of the products used as in other visits. No oil message before washing and she washed it twice, my hair is curly and on the dry side, but because of my age has a thin shaft. Most of the time I was given one wash and that is adequate. I hope this review is helpful as the young lady was very pleasant and all your teachers are top notch.
