Disappointed the receptionist didn't let me know my insurance
wasnt accepted until after the treatment. A routine question of if you have any issues some tenderness in the back molar lead to a 3 minute visit with the dentist and now a exam fee which would have been fine except no one told me my insurance accepted after nor that seeing the dentist would result in a fee.
I would not recommend this dentist solely on lack of communication which has lead me to a large charge I was unexpecting.

I've started to come to the 1801 Pine Street office over one year ago and each visit has been overwhelmingly positive. Yesterday was no exception - I had another exceptional experience! Allison, Susan, and Dr. Balin all contributed to make this particular visit excellent in every potential way. I would recommend Rittenhouse Dentists to all!

Always a pleasant experience at Rittenhouse Dentists! They create a spa-like atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The waiting room is very nicely decorated. They have coffe and water available. And there is always a lovely scented candle burning.
Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists are warm and friendly. The cleanings are thorough and any procedures are done in a gentle and caring manner. I was even treated to a complimentary paraffin wax hand treatment while I had my procedure. I highly recommend this dental practice
